✅ We were also reminded of how powerful coordinated action can be: with university staff describing their work in space as one their career highlights, highlights the potential benefits the culture and engagement within universities themselves.

✅ A key theme that emerged was the importance of coordination that is inclusive and connected, rather than gatekeeping. True collaboration happens when universities, NGOs, & sector bodies work together openly - sharing resources, knowledge, & networks to reach more students & institutions in need.

Mosaik’s Guidance Programme helps young refugees gain the knowledge, confidence & skills to overcome the financial and systemic barriers to university access.

Also many of Mosaik’s facilitators also have first hand experience of displacement – bringing much needed empathy, mentorship and guidance.
