2/2 it's better to use it to keep balance instead of using it to support lots of weight. if u find urselves needing to use it to put all your weight on it for more support, forearm crutches might be better suited to ur use case!

if u have a bad leg, use it opposite the bad leg, but if u have a bad back use it on whichever side needs more support in the moment! also, try walking with it instead of against it if that makes sense! we have a bad back so we try to take mini steps and use it with both our legs. 1/2
