Also I prefer paper journals over digital ones. Less screen time and it feels real and solid.

Each journal serves a different purpose. Maybe it's not for everyone but I need the diary-type journal that I can return to self reflect and track habits and things, then the wild journal (scrap journal, ideas, mind mapping, stream of consciousness).

There are more than one way to journal.

Thanks for replying, you’re right about being tucked, it’s in a folder with other less important papers. The whole folder disappeared from my briefcase! I usually don’t take it out but can’t remember what happened!

In some peak periods I work on new skills, study new things, or gain new perspectives about life and self. It doesn't necessarily connects to my professional life or earnings, at least in that period.

It might bring up something in a later period, but then again it makes sense in retrospect.

It's an interesting technique but it's not the best for predicting great achievements and failures. It's way more complex than this, and best understood in retrospect.

Also, Part of Spirit can relate to the mind, and fortune = body. So they don't always pertain to worldly success.
