Garlic 1+ clove crushed
Ginger 1/4 tsp chopped
Juice of one lemon
Honey 1 tsp
Eucalyptus oil 1 drop (ok if you don't have it)
Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
Add to 1/2 cup warm water.
I sometimes like to x4 this recipe and just keep it in a pot on the stove. Sip on it throughout the day.
