Okay I like it more now that I’ve played the team mode which resolves the variability caused by either spawning next to good star + power ups at the start or not. I give the game an A- now. I’ll give it an A+ if they ever make it so you can’t spawn in stronger than everyone else in solo

anyway i give it like a B+ for now but I was expecting a bit more. I’ll see how I feel as I play it more

the characters and new stars are cool. the power up visuals are more distinct. most of the new events are solid. there are less annoying, intentionally bad power ups u can collect, and less star-downs as well, which is nice. gordos aren’t oppressive anymore

also they should rename it to Kirby Riders because you actually aren’t allowed to go in the air anymore unless u get like 2 or 3 specific stars. Idk why they decided to nerf flying literally into the ground but u can’t even reach the stat star or sky island on many stars… why…

the characters are sort of thrown in without much a care which is a bit of a shame as it feels like u cant rly pick whatever u want if u wanna have a chance at winning. some feel really strong and others totally useless
