An important part of the wisdom that comes with middle age is nailing great nachos. I’ve got “Moroccan” nachos pretty well nailed: chips; a mix of gruyere, white cheddar, and Monterey Jack; canellini beans; lamb merguez with red onion; pico de gallo salsa; green olives, and dabs of harissa paste.

I’ve suggested this to multiple politicians in Colorado. It does not step on the First Amendment, and if approached from an actuarial angle, a hunter’s shotgun would be far cheaper to insure than an AR-platform semiauto rifle; a Class 3 full-auto would be like insuring a Lamborghini for a teenager.
