I watched all of it in 2 days, and when I was done I felt like I was waking up from a dream and it made me sad 😅 1000/10

5/5 Solutions need to be presented to hold the people at the top accountable, but our government and the people holding all the money don't actually care about those at the bottom who get shit on every single day by the people at the top.

4/5 little point that keeps getting left out of discussions on rent control.

As a final point on all this, capitalism is evil and there are no ethical million/billionaires. People like myself live paycheck to paycheck, barely managing to get by, and others are flat out homeless.

Supporting the renters means NOT making it harder for them to afford housing while we try to get wages to a liveable level.

You say "why not go after employers" as if 1. We aren't trying to do that already and 2. As if you are on the side of people who can't afford housing. If you're on the same side but you aren't supporting the renters in their fight for liveable wages, then you're part of the problem.

Genuinely asking: if owning property and keeping it up is SO expensive, why own so many properties?
