Yes, I did have a few moments wondering what he'd think of events 100s of years after his death meaning one of his relative's friends would be carving his death into a pumpkin for a display to honour his life and it did feel a bit wrong... But my friend was happy with it, so *shrug*

My first carve of 2025! It's probably a bit weird, but a friend of mine is researching her ancestry and this is a wood cut of one of her forebearers being burned at the stake for refusing to denounce the Tyndale Bible.

I am so fucking tired of explaining how Autistic people experience the world differently, just for those closest to us to instantly/constantly forget and submit us to a sensory hell, because it's funny/convenient.
