After three hours and putting Tylenol into tea and drinking it and slathering Biofreeze on and using a hot pack, it appears I somehow just didn’t realize my shoulder was out of place bc I just rolled over and that shit popped loud as fuck and now I’m fine. and it’s 4am and I’m not tired anymore
