What is the point of writing identifiers of constants in ALL_CAPITALS? It's a relic from the C preprocessor. We're in 2024 and it's time to abandon this pointless convention.

I have an idea for a really interesting project. I'll knock up a quick prototype in an untyped scripting language, then, when time allows, rewrite it properly and layer-on some security.

As a politician, I didn't pay any tax last year because I did not know that the money my employer gave me was part of my taxable income. I am grateful to the Tax Office for clarifying the matter for me, and hope to draw a line under the episode.
