There was quite a lot of discussion about this and the sewer separation project at the August Metropolitan Utilities District Meeting.

Anger is a secondary emotion aka the tip of the iceberg. Dbt has helped me to identify the emotion underneath and work through that. How?

I journal using this acronym:

F - feelings
A - about
B - because . ..

So I can identify the feelings not just the reaction of anger
