I think you're right on money that his own being morally compromised helps with getting people to do it though, and then it's not explicitly blackmail so much as a passive threat, a change in your incentive structures

This is very much what the theory is over on Dropsite (though idk about the Mossad agent stuff), that he's pretty intentionally farming all these rich influential people for blackmail.

I honestly think they should've doubled down on it as a party. I'm so sick of republicans on national TV calling me a demonic presence on a weekly basis but when Jones repeats a joke from the office in the confidence of a friend it's a national crisis. Start calling them pearl-clutchers! They are!

I think that's uncharitable, he's still on the literature and if that was their intent they'd just make new printouts. If I had to guess they stuck those on to decrease the odds of the volunteers having to get into arguments with voters about something dems are on the back foot about
