Hot take: Wii U console-wise was better than Switch.
Obv Switch has way better games and actual portability is cool but Miiverse? The UI? Video calls (that no one used)? A second screen to access menus without having to pause the game?
I'm just saying the Wii U was a dope console

Wii U launched 12 years ago today.
While the system may have failed sales-wise, Nintendo put out VERY good software for it.
The fact that many of Wii U's best games are now Switch's best (and most successful) games, speaks volumes.
