Are those TROs entered against the federal government? If so, I stand quite corrected and would like to see those orders which were entered without briefing.

If you read literally any judicial decision which grants a TRO, you will immediately realize that is not true and Judges need to justify why a TRO is appropriate based on the facts of the case. At minimum, they would need to read briefs from both parties. This is an expedited schedule.

How are people working or writing in our terribly fascist times? I can barely muster the energy to write my name or full sentences in emails. I do recognize that I am currently sick, but this feeling existed before.

I was also at Arrowhead when a 13-0 Packers team got injuries on the O-line and lost their first game of the year before a disappointing second loss in the first round of the playoffs. I will always prefer a team that comes together late in the year to a front runner, as long as it's not too late.

I dunno. I remember those dominant Patriots teams frequently starting slow. The way the team finishes is what really matters (and you can't take *too* long to get your act together, Bengals).

Even though this team should win this season, I can tolerate growing pains on the way. But I get it.

I'm as unsatisfied with a tie as anyone, but between this stat and Jordan Love's play this season, once this team gets out of it's own way things should really get fun.

Rocky is the only good pre-Creed movie. Rocky IV feels like an archetypal sports movie, even if I think it's not a good movie.
