It works with popovers because of all the egg protien. Gluten alone won't hold in the steam. But steam is part of the bread process no matter what.

My favourite cookbook is a 1970 church cookbook. A lot of the recipes call for "a can of..." its a problem.

Dollar stores often carry jelly in jars with handles. They are Osce's favourite glasses. My favourite is a wide mouth pint jar. We almost never use the purpose made glasses.

I have been getting by using the FEEDS feature. I can see just my friends. But then I go to the main page and doom scroll until I get sleepy or too upset to sleep.

I highly recommend self employment. Much easier to feel responsible for clients than a boss. I suspect I am a terrible employee. That relationship has always been a mystery to me.

OH! And revolving doors but that's not irrational. Any toddler or piece of garbage could get me stuck in there. I walk blocks out of my way to avoid them.
