Now looking like 4 1/2 on the ground...out on the tarmac. Unclear what exactly @phlairport.bsky.social is doing for de-icing procedures, besides "everything improperly"

It's decided - it's better to wait in the terminal, because we're going to have a solid 3 1/2 hours on this plane on the ground in Philly before another 6 1/2 in the air
