I keep my dust jackets on, so I don’t have that issue, but I wish yen made the undercovers more interesting! I have a few hardcover GNs that have printed undercovers, it’s a nice touch, imho

I saw the previous Hello Kitty collab too, and I think the contrast spooky & detailed and cute & simple works really well! (I also love the fashion choices)

I think I started it bc something about it reminded me of Dorohedoro. I haven’t kept up bc the end of pt 1 tired me out a bit, but oh boy, does Fujimoto know how to layout a page, there’s some really beautiful stuff in there

Yeah, most anime sound weird to normies, you just gotta lean into it. Ime, sometimes you just gotta sit them down and make them watch it with you, they might like it! The last thing I made my normie-ass dad watch with me was Inu-Oh, and he loved it
