50 years ago today, this kid really enjoyed his gifts from Santa (mom), including the Six Million Dollar Man, Bionic Transport and comics. Plenty of comics. Best Christmas ever. And on the radio #AT40 classics played, many still new to the charts. This kid is me. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Still breathtaking to me how Robbie Robertson, a Canadian native, captured the ethos of a poor Civil War Southerner after researching it at the Woodstock Public Library. An exceptional songwriter. #AT40
