Teachers must see the value the tech has on the learning in their classrooms. High quality integration ideas are key. This will then empower teachers to learn and improve if they see value.

Building capacity in developing the scope and sequence is important, representatives from across the school help drive the initiative. Also comes from strong top down leadership, and a well balanced digital environment ie. making sure the tech works well!

Good point @dluebbe.bsky.social, I think that’s having the clear expectations and sequence of learning is importantly first, then slowly build the skills through integration. Ideal scenario is that during a Math PL for example, digital literacy skills are embedded within the session.
