Agile just doesn't seem worth it. When you get those wins, it's amazing but when it's more than double the fixed rate, that seems stressful.

I live in a flat in West London and only 1 company offers fibre broadband. While there are lots of others to choose from, they're not fibre and the speeds are incredibly slow. Average UK speed is supposed to be 67Mbps but most will get a lot slower

Yet if you're in the UK, you're going to be stuck with shit speeds that providers charge super high prices for. I visited Singapore last year and it felt like being in the future.

How about not doing yearly releases? It still sounds like they plan on doing that but they clearly see the problem being that they followed up 2 big successes (MW2 and BO6) with poorly received sequels the following year.

SteamOS being available on all PCs can't come soon enough.

I was actually hyped to see the first in the cinema due to the technology but the more I saw of it, the less interested I became. I eventually watched it at home without the 3D and couldn't believe that this was the biggest film of all time.

It is strange that I can ask my family, friends, coworkers if they've seen a particular show or movie and at least 1 will say yes but none have watched Avatar 2.

Welp, RIP whatever Xbox was gonna turn into

Halo just shy of 4 years didn't have the same ring to it.

Then again, there was a gulf of updates post release that was embarrassing to say the least.

I'm genuinely surprised to see Skate doing so well considering the consensus around it's launch was meh

More like Xbox's loss. They had a great console with the 360 but fucked it all up with the Xbox One and Sony dominated with great exclusives throughout that generation. I'd argue what has Sony done this generation to even be as successful as they have been?

They put Helldiver's 2 on a dying platform and it seems to be doing quite well.

So many games are coming out lately that are rated around mid-80s. I feel like there's so many really great games coming out at a rapid pace that films just aren't, and I can be done with the latter with a much smaller time investment. The backlog continues to grow.
