Starting out on children’s social care. Dog dad.
“Star”? Jesus wept.

One day, one of the female journalists he disrespects is going to clap back at him there and then.

And it’s going to be glorious.

But that would mean that they’d have to actually stand for something?
December 6, 2025 at 10:38 PM
Labour lost me a fair while back. But the few things they now do stand for or decide make it unlikely I’d ever return.

So much for social justice. Shameful.

What a missed opportunity.

It’s not the Brexit deal that caused the damage.

It’s Brexit.

I’d put money on that damned thing cracking and falling down.

And the ballroom.

Putin has reminded Trump about those photos, hasn’t he? 👀

I don’t want to agree with you, Annette. But I very much do.

GBNews presenter, Mogg. Criticising the rival to his employer.

Would it kill you to stick up for yourself, BBC?

And that is why the battle is already lost.

There is a consistent failure to call out that the Emperor indeed has no clothes.

It does rather seem that the only surviving people are the Board members who have all presided over the errors or issues they are so keen to castigate others/the institution for.

And fascinating to see how all politicians (Ed Davey aside) react if the BBC make a payment to Trump.
November 11, 2025 at 8:46 AM
I suspect the pushback will only come once all is lost.

And it will come in the form of handwringing and regret from those in power who did nothing to stop all this.
November 11, 2025 at 8:38 AM
You know, this isn’t such a daft idea for all UK media….
November 11, 2025 at 8:35 AM
It’s like watching the Biden Administration slow-walking the Trump criminal cases all over again.
November 11, 2025 at 8:31 AM
And all of this is being allowed to happen.

We are all frogs boiling in that pot.
November 9, 2025 at 8:54 PM
Are about to see Lisa Nandy not recognise the fight that is coming and allow a massive lurch to the right at the BBC under her watch?
November 9, 2025 at 8:51 PM
Twice.

You did it twice.
October 25, 2025 at 9:30 PM
Yes, but it’s a Reform MP.

She’d probably lose the whip if she hasn’t said what she did. Vile.
October 25, 2025 at 6:10 PM
Somehow they’ll spin themselves as the victims.
October 25, 2025 at 5:57 PM
The great British (English) public aren’t blameless on this. A lot of people want the hate that Reform are selling.

A key difference is we no longer have either of the two most established parties condemning, moderating or offering a counter-narrative. Or not consistently anyway.

I’m not sure they can really be called Labour anymore - a case for Trading Standards?
