It’s unbearable to see the people who once suffered the Holocaust now see their politicians carrying out genocide against Palestinians.
All of this driven by Israeli politics, Gaza paying the price.

Parkrun people! Ive just signed up for a 10k next year on an Island very close to my heart. Although it’s 10 months away, given I used to weigh 150lbs more than I do now, I can’t tell you how impossible it feels! 🏃♂️ Also, when are Spain gonna get their proverbial parkrun finger out?!! 🇪🇸
