This morning I got a notification about a tweet from 7 p.m. Friday. I do not follow the account. I wonder if it was intentionally promoted for its questionable content.

At some point, folks on the ground knew more than folks in the palace. Now, it’s different. I wonder if that’s an intentional byproduct of compartmentalizing information or just a happy accident in favor of “folks in the palace.”
