Absolutely. I've always loved that you can really see how a project comes to live through the skill and input of so many people. It always felt very satisfying.

Yeah, it's everywhere the same. Have been hearing of these waves from my friends and acquaintances a lot (left the industry some years ago) and it's a shame there is no worker protection.
