Saw some crazy shoplifting in Sainsburys earlier, two guys, one with a basket, the other a shopping bag, both filled with what seemed like fabric softener just walked through self scan with the security guard not willing/able to do much about it. Totally brazen!

before and had to change bag, was also visiting sick mother in hospital, all this was true, I held my hands up and said recognized I was wrong and they let me through without paying! Will never happen again but was very kind

I actually had an amazing experience customer service wise with Ryanair recently. Turned up at Edinburgh airport with suitcase not realising had only backpack ticket. Got caught by bag checker, explained that had to take bag over as has suit in it for a funeral that had just had date set late day

In Morrisons today saw a woman with a t-shirt that said I Support DEI, nice that she is keen on diversity, equity and inclusion? On the back it said Deport Every Illegal! Genuinely shocked!

I don’t take or get in many photos but this is me at the original Pegasus Bridge, the site of the first action on D-Day. Thanks to reading historians Ryan, Holland, Ambrose, Beevor, Hastings etc I’ve always wanted to go there and on Monday I did, it’s a great story. Highly recommend it!
