Is the BBC licensed to transcribe Sky pundits and publish them in real-time? If they’re paying for the privilege, what about the legions of ex-pros on their own books? If they’re not licensed, is it ok to pay someone to rip off a rival’s content? The Jamie Carragher quote at the top seems pertinent:
