That’s why I’m kinda not excited.
If they get it they’ll probably do like they did with everything else they’ve bought: Make a faulty midcore release, not improve it, run it to the ground, and then just sit on the license while it fills up the Ollies toy section for the next few years

1. Judy was originally going to go more in-depth about explaining the pred-prey kink, even wanting to be demeaned, but the dialog at that point in the story was already pretty crammed. She was going to try rationalizing it and framing it delicately for Nick (which ties into point 2...)

2. Nick's dialog was going to make it more clear that he always knew she was into pred-prey stuff and he was mostly playing dumb at the start to toy with her/looking for an opening. He was going to list other tells, but it's implied well enough and she told the truth pretty early so it got scrapped.

4. I considered removing the aside where Judy starts getting distracted by the idea of species-play bodywriting and belonging to Nick, since it just loops back around, but ultimately her rabbit-trailing off into a sudden white-hot idea while exploring a kink for the first time felt realistic.
