Bummer, I was looking forward to making a game for Ludum Dare Compo again this year.

But it appears the first weekend this year is exactly where I have planned other things.

I guess I'll have to do the "Extra" format that weekend.

☕ Java Development Tip!

If you have hardcoded some big numbers into your codebase, you can use underscores to divide them into sections to make them more readable.

Finished the full getting started with libGDX guide yesterday.

This is the result.

Now I should probably continue with something of my own again to put what I've learned into practice.

Currently making "A Simple Game" from the getting started with libGDX guide.

Nothing exciting. But it's a good way to get familiar with it again. 😅

It's been about 10 years since I've last made games in Java.

I've decided to pick it up again.
