Can we talk about how bad these refs are? Targeting on Mendoza, Toney going down on the punt and the Indiana Wr stepping out at the 6. Easy, basic plays they are missing

I like your content, Ben, but I’m going to Twitter to get it, so I’m doing without-a loss for both of us. Btw, LinkedIn is fully progressing down its enshittification journey. Is there anything in our world getting better?

But I get it…there just isn’t much engagement over here. To be honest, that’s what I miss most about Twitter (although I’m glad I dumped it). This thread may be the most interaction he’s gotten in this app.

So how does he explain the lack of talent on D and all the misses? Did anyone ask Tobin why the D was so bad even though they put a lot of draft picks in there the last 3 years?

2021 Joe Burrow would like a word

Can he return kicks? Hope they retain Williams for training camp. I wouldn’t be surprised if they move off Charlie Jones

Yeah I don’t think he needs to come back. Didn’t add much
January 4, 2026 at 11:46 PM
All was looking good until hurt. If he can come back, it’ll be an ok draft. If Mims develops into an all pro, maybe it becomes a good draft despite all the wasted picks
January 4, 2026 at 11:45 PM
Agree. Big needs are DT, LB, and a S to replace Stone. If they can fill those spots in free agency and with high level draft picks, the D could be ok in ‘26. Tobin needs to go though

So…the second line is “now face north”?
November 13, 2025 at 2:08 PM
I guess but I’d rather build from the line out. I the DBs look much better with a strong front seven
November 7, 2025 at 11:36 PM
I love what they’ve done to shore up the O and line depth. More concerned (as is everyone) about the D. We shall see but I’d like to see some $$ spent on DT or S depth.

For the old guys, can’t forget Dave Shula. Never did another thing in football after his head coach stint

Can’t be just one; has to be the three sisters.

And their honeymoon is the final straw for Frank as he goes off the deep end

This is positive but also the bar is crazy low. No off field issues, dressed for each game, and some selected looks and success would be a “massive leap” imo.

I like this. At least in this case, they’re communicating directly.

He gonna put that arbitration money on the barrel head and buy back the family farm. A man ain’t no kind a man if he don’t have land
May 22, 2025 at 10:36 PM
I get his point but the whole “kids these days” trope is dumb. He doesn’t remember John Elway and Eli Manning doing the exact same thing with their entitled parents? This has been going on for awhile

I don’t get it. Why would this be a conflict of interest? To me, a consultant who has experience doing this, especially at the same time with another city is IDEAL. You want their expertise and experience.
May 16, 2025 at 4:23 PM
Sorry…I know how much you like it. I’ll even see highlights come up on Reddit; it’s an intriguing sport with great athletes that I can’t even fathom
May 9, 2025 at 9:50 PM
Yeah not my thing but for some great people I know, it’s their thing.
