I didn't watch it religiously, but they carried it on my local PBS station on Saturday nights back in the...80s into the 90s I guess and I would catch it somewhat often, and so much of it cracked me up. I loved "Handyman's Corner."

I'm sorry, I just can't get worked up that I major online seller that serves as a storefront for thousands of independent sellers let a dodgy shirt get by them. If Walmart had a Nazi section in their physical stores I would be more concerned.

Joking aside...that is a lot of leaves. I have a normal-sized lot and do have some leaves to deal with but not like that.

I did that and the neighbors called the police on me. Maybe should have used a leafblower instead of my mouth.

Never watched that one, in spite of mostly good reviews and liking Ferrel. But I also hated Anchorman so much when we watched it years back, I was so bored that I went to our nearby Walmart to buy a few things we needed without pausing it and when I got back...it still sucked.

...made--all 3 were/are 30 year loans--has been interest, not principal. I remember something I read or heard from earlier this year about...Japan?...having 100 year mortgages? Something like that, so longer term mortgages are out there, and so are shorter, like 15 yr or 5 yr balloons, etc.

Not sure about this 50 year mortgage thing. Yes, it will increase the interest you pay back, but it would presumably lower monthly payments. And most people don't stay in their houses that long anyway. I'm on the third house I've lived in in the past 35 years so most of the mortgage payments I've...
