@mcuban.bsky.social is asking for ideas to improve healthcare. @rbreich.bsky.social has one: RAISE THE MINIMUM WAGE! Also, eliminate the sub-minimum wage. Keeping people in extreme poverty means healthcare is unaffordable for them. Reich explains why the arguments against raising the wage are bogus.

@mcuban.bsky.social I have a business idea for you. Every doctor office I visit has some amount of staff (one or more people) devoted to medical billing. This would be a perfect application area for AI to reduce costs by replacing those people with AI billing processors. You could do it, Mark!
