Carney may have approved this pipeline endeavour. However, now it’s up to Smith to convince the First Nations communities and BC. This pipeline may never get built. Looks like a bold strategic move by Carney, because he probably knows that Smith will get rejected by the key players involved.

Sure , but not to this degree. There was a time when even corrupt presidents were held accountable. This is not normal. Patel as FBI Director is a travesty at best. He is a conspiracy theorist who was assigned because of his loyalty to Trump. Period.
