2016, ofc! I mixed up the 2021 final. That was the other one I had in mind 🙈.
Wrt the image, it was really a very special moment. The entire match was full of tension after the (for NL) lost final in 2010. Spain ahead 0-1, then just before halftime van Persie with this marvelous header - 1/2
