NATO was created by the North Atlantic Treaty in 1949, approved by the Senate, 83 to 13, and signed into law.
Under the Constitution, the president must "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."
If Trump won't uphold the Treaty, he must be EXPELLED from office.
