Napoleon(2023) a brutal letdown with one great scene, a couple chuckles and one gorgeous shot.
I deeply hope that the director’s cut can do some repairs, but I’m not remotely holding my breath. A true bummer (2.75/5).

Killers of the Flower Moon(2023) it’s long, like, looong, but it never seems unwarranted. Looks beautiful, the story is urgent and the villains are such benign monsters that you can’t turn away. DiCaprio is exceptional even though he’s outshone by Gladstone (4).
