In total the city of Chattahoochee received around 9 million for hurricane restoration. The inspections came at a price they weren’t willing to pay and they were free at the time.

I contacted Florida Department of Law Enforcement and they recommended I go to the Public Service Commission. Where I went 5 years ago and they explained they only have power over the 5 largest utilities providers in state.
Even the cops refuse to enforce the law.
