Oh, I just realized everyone else is posting educational books, but honestly, these books changed me personally and impacted how I show up in my classroom, even though they aren’t focused on education itself.

I would say either “Think Again” by @adamgrant.bsky.social because of the way it really helped me approach the narrative students have written from themselves or “The Comfort Crisis” by Michael Easter because of how I now face moments that are really difficult in the classroom.
