I'm severely mental illnesses and a beard cos playing as a productive member of society
1st day back at work today after a long spell off due to MH.
Even though it was only 4 hrs on a phased return, it felt difficult.
The anxiety was bubbling away in the background waiting for an opportunity to flare up.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier.

Lost my kitten this morning.
She was about 17. I never wanted a bloody cat. My ex decided to ignore me and got one for our child.
I became mum to her.
She spent a few hours laid in my bed with me last night.
But went downstairs and passed away in the early hours.

Lost my kitten this morning.

I maybe slightly inebriated, but I'm with some amazing people, we have a far bit on alcomafrol and some great music...so far we've sung along to meatloaf, Aerosmith placebo, Run DMC and tenacious D...we might end up in a club...
