The autumn vaccination 2025 Decision was made by JVCI 'Using the standard cost-effectiveness assessment, example price of £25 for combined cost of vaccine & delivery' - no consideration of individual impact or cost of hospitalisation of clinically vulnerable of not having it.

It's unbelievable how limited the eligible group is for covid inoculation this winter. I really hope it doesn't result in higher numbers of the clinically vulnerable having to be admitted to hospital or worse.

Shame large numbers of clinically vulnerable people are not eligible for a jab this autumn in England. Our conditions haven't changed, but we are denied protection by the NHS.
