Walz needs to call out the MN guard to encircle and confine/restrict all ICE in Minneapolis until the Police can arrest those involved. The Mn Attorney General needs to have a judges issue warrants for Noem, David Easterwood, Benjamin C. Huffman others involved in policy leading to these murders.
