i think they meant the final speech of the conference but it could be read either way. I would very much doubt she will be leader this time next year. The next one will always be worse unfortunately.

oh apparently so the speech was so brilliant and inspired, she's not only saved her leadership but the Tory Party who will now go on to win the next GE I presume with her being the next PM.
