This photo of my late and much missed Nebelung popped up in photo memories. I loved his little pudding feet and cankles. I jest -he was the most perfect little boy with the softest fur. Didn’t like being held but loved being brushed. If I brushed my hair he‘d run to me so I’d do his too.

Went with husband to urgent care tonight. Bashed his leg at work over a week ago & it’s not healing. Convinced him he needed to be seen as it’s swollen and red and looks infected. Had to mask up - quite pleased as it was such a cold night that I kept it on when we walked back to the car.

Had my yearly dental check up, scale & polish then went with husband to visit family graves. It was bitterly cold with an icy wind.

Typical. I rushed to get my camera as there were two fluffed out rotund Robins sat in the bush outside my window and as I went to take a photo, away they flew 🙁

All I can taste is de-icer. As I was up early I thought I’d spray son’s windscreen etc to save him time and it blew back in my face. Yuck.

Wrapped Marmy up last night as it was very chilly. He woke me at 4.30am by standing on my chest with his nose against my face. His alarm was wrong-we were up at 4.30am yesterday but today we were getting up at 5am. Never mind. He’s a lovely boy and I slept well.

Needed a pencil case for knitting bits & bobs (stitch markers, tapestry needles, needle stoppers etc) and this was the only one available. Half price in the sale and it comes with kids beauty items 🤣🦄

I expect if I’d used my Twitter (NOT X - never X) people I followed from there would know who I am. Reason I didn’t is because of a weirdo who used to torment a lady who had Dementia and I challenged her. She would randomly pop up liking posts of people I was friends with. Nasty bit of work.

Thought my skin was looking nice then yesterday I looked as if I had pencil marks on my face. Lots of broken veins/capillaries. And skin so dry I‘d aged twenty years. My friend (13 days older than me!) looks 10 yrs younger as she’s always spent a lot on beauty treatments & Botox. Looks beautiful.

I’ve always had vivid, crazy dreams but last night was totally bizarre. I had brought a huge Crow into the house as he needed help getting his shiny black padded jacket unzipped 🤪

Treated myself to another book by Paul Doherty. I really need to read them all in order. Library rarely had them in so I used to just read whatever was available. Brother Athelstan is my favourite but I really enjoy the Hugh Corbett books too.
