Les Mills Combat 104 = 44 minutes, max HR 168, avg HR 146, 441 calories burned, 10 minutes in the peak zone. It's been a while since I've seen more than a couple minutes in the peak zone and now the last 2 cardios had 10 minutes each. That is nice progress. Is it HRT related progress? I wonder.
