It took me about on/off 6 months.. the more I did little tweaks, spent a few days in it to test, then bent it back if it didn't feel better or bent somewhere else.. over time it got better and better!
Now I can roll around no problem and I'm happy with the gap, as you will get some when lying down!

I put the belt on with a few holes bigger, lie down, then press down on the front equally, unit you get a comfortable pressure! Then shortened the belt to suit!
*I already got my belt moulded!

I've pushed the belt in at the front, to hold the cage closer to the body.
Depending what trousers I wear, I sometimes need to lift the belt up to get it in between my thighs better or else it rubs sometimes
