The challenge is that we’ve had almost 3 seasons of Carrick and we have gone backwards. He’s had 5 transfer windows to fine tune the squad but it still has glaring flaws.

Sadly, I think he’s got 1 game left. Lose against Stoke and he has to go. For his own sake, we can’t let him be in charge for our next home game v Derby.
