Through our sin, we deceive ourselves, dissatisfy ourselves, and deform ourselves. We uncreate ourselves. But remember that through the seven stages of creation, we see God illumine the darkness (Day 1), form the formless (Days 1-3), and fill the emptiness (Days 4-6).

If by "Divine Command Theory" you just mean "Divine Reward/Punishment Theory" then really you just have an subjectivist-authoritarian framework that you have shoved God into.

Everyone who votes for any law or politician is trying to impose their morality on everyone else. That is the way laws and democracies work.
The only thing the government does is legislate some view of morality.
Legislation is not sufficient to make a person moral, but that is a different argument
