This SCOTUS would probably strike it down. They seem to be keen in activism for the rightwing. They allowed items like bump stocks again. Odd thing is that even Scalia said that the 2nd Amendment is not an unlimited right.

For sure. I can’t imagine any possibility of getting something passed without flooding the market before the vote though. Even if it doesn’t pass. It’s insane.

It’s not just them though. The manufacturers actually make more money when the threat of gun laws get some steam. Friend of mine works for one. Largest bonus he ever got was during one of those rush for guns and ammo before they get “taken.” More guns in society when they think a law is coming. 🤷🏼

No matter what your solution, both Israel and Hamas would fuck it up. Hamas refused to give the names of the remaining living hostages. 🤦🏼. That screwed a ceasefire.
