But…the time to change is now. It’s going to be painful, emotional and challenging. I’m scared. But I know those close to me will be supportive.
Over this past year, my physical health has declined more and more. The fault is my own. I am overweight, I eat too much and with my recent weight gain, I am no longer able to walk without pain. I lost myself and hid from everyone, family, friends. I’m so tired.
