How do you (@morelle.house.gov) fix this now? Introducing legislation is fine for the future but this is something that shouldn't have to wait for a law the Speaker is never going to take up to pass when the President doesn't have the authority to do that!

For selling the existing car, call Carvana, they give you a price (from my experience its been a good price) and pick it up.

I think its a combo of that, and even when there were more channels (my family got cable when I was 10) things still weren't on demand -- there was a start time. Different mentality to on demand/ability to pause.
