Are local authorities going to assume responsibility for service provision or replace current arrangements, potentially decimating existing services? Or are funds going to be allocated to Scottish out of school care providers to fund places and expand provision?

This is great news for working parents, but can I ask how this will work with the existing independent out of school care sector, many of whom are already running in primary schools across Scotland?
